By commissioning me, you agree to the set terms below.I. GENERAL TERMS.> Provide references if possible.
> Any rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled.
> I have the right to decline your commission if I feel that I'm not able to create what you've envisioned.II. PAYMENT> Commissions are to be paid in full before or after receiving the sketch.
> The currency accepted is USD.
> Payment will be made via Paypal.III. PROCESS> A sketch will be given for you to check before I start the lineart & color process.> The time for your commission to be completed varies depending on several factors such as; Health, order of your commission & complexity.However, most commissions will be completed within 3 ~ 4 days.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION> I will perform at my best to fulfill your commission to the best of my ability. However, once the final product has been given - only minor changes will be allowed.> Any large changes will come with an extra charge.
This includes; Entire outfit changes, new color schemes, addition of detailed accessories/backgrounds/characters.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY> I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork.Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
> Post it on any site (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
> Use it to promote my services, such as using it as an example in my commissions sheet.The commissioner are allowed to;
> Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
> Use / Post the art as long as proper credit is given.
> Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:> Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
> Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
> Removing any watermarks/signatures.
> Altering the artwork without my consent.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY> After payment is received and I have moved onto the lineart phase, refunds will not be allowed.> If money has not been sent yet, or I am at the sketch phase, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.> If payment is not provided, I am not liable to start on your commission.
